It features a 1200mm×1200mm work surface and an overall height of 620mm. • Table Structure: The table features 5 precisely machined working surfaces (tabletop and 4 sides) with evenly distributed D28 standard holes, allowing for quick positioning and clamping of workpieces in three dimensions. The edges have millimeter-scale markings for convenient positioning and measurement.

  • Cast Iron Version (HT300): Offers high rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, and minimal thermal deformation, suitable for high-precision welding and heavy workpiece processing, but is heavy and more expensive.
  • Q355 Steel Version: Provides high strength and good toughness, offering excellent value for money. Stability is enhanced through a reinforced rib design at the bottom, suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces and mass production scenarios.

Maintenance and care tips

1. Regular Cleaning and Rust Prevention:

   After each use, remove welding slag and spatter from the work surface using a brass brush or plastic scraper (brass is softer than the work surface and will not scratch it).

2. Apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil or a specialized anti-spatter agent to the work surface and exposed locating pins to prevent rust and facilitate future cleaning.
3. Hole Protection:

   For holes that are not in use for extended periods, insert plastic protective plugs to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering and to keep the threads clean.

4. Inspection and Tightening:

   Regularly check that all anchor bolts and work surface connecting bolts are securely tightened. Check the locating pins of the tooling components for wear.
